Board of Directors UMZH

The Board of Directors UMZH is responsible for the management of the Faculty of Medicine with the right to issue directives. This includes in particular the development and implementation of the Faculty's strategy, the preparation of development and financial planning, and the allocation of resources to the Faculty's organizational units.

The Board of Directors UMZH is composed of the Vice President Medicine Zurich, Prof. Beatrice Beck Schimmer, the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Frank Rühli and the Deputy Dean of the Faculy of Medicine, Prof. Hanns U. Zeilhofer.

The organization and tasks of the Board of Directors UMZH are governed by the University's Regulations and the Regulation on Research and Teaching of the University in the Health Sector.
