Aufgaben der Direktorin in der UMZH

Zu den Aufgaben der Direktorin Universitäre Medizin Zürich (UMZH) zählen:

Der Aufbau und die Implementierung der neuen Organisationsstruktur (UMZH Governance)
Die Weiterentwicklung der UMZH Forschungsstrategie
Die Strategische Ressourcen- und Finanzplanung für die Universitäre Medizin Zürich
Die Leitung der Medizinischen Fakultät gemeinsam mit dem Dekan und dem Stv. Dekan der Medizinischen Fakultät

Zudem hat die Direktorin UMZH repräsentative Funktionen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene inne. Sie ist in ständigem Kontakt und Austausch mit den Universitären Spitälern Zürich und anderen Partnerinstitutionen, wie zum Beispiel der ETH Zürich.

Die Direktorin UMZH ist verantwortlich für den Aufbau des neuen Koordinationsmodells UMZH, wie in der Verordnung Forschung und Lehre des Kantons Zürich beschrieben.

Der Geschäftsbereich Struktur und Entwicklung der Geschäftsstelle Direktorium UMZH unterstützt die Direktorin bei ihren vielfältigen Aufgaben.

Insbesondere bei

der Abwicklung strategischer Projekte
dem Aufbau der neuen Organisationsstruktur (UMZH Governance und
Koordinationsmodell)
der Bearbeitung fakultätsspezifischer Anliegen und Anträge
der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und der internen und externen Kommunikation
