The structure of the University Medizin Zurich (UMZH) contributes significantly to the implementation of the tasks of the Vice President Medicine Zurich and the Board of Directors UMZH. The tasks are laid down in the Verordnung über die Forschung und Lehre der Universität im Gesundheitsbereich (last amendment in 2018) on the strenghening of academic medicine at the Zurich location.

Office Vice President Medicine Zurich

The Office Vice President Medicine Zurich supports the Vice President Medicine Zurich in her strategic and operational tasks and is committed to a fast and competent handling of your questions and concerns in the field of the University Medicine Zurich.
In particular, this division is responsible for the innovation and further development of Zurich as a top medical location.

Dean's Office and Coordination Office of University Medicine Zurich (UMZH)

The dean's office consists of the areas of Student affairs, Faculty affairs, and Resources and Finance, and the cross-sectional areas of Secretariat, Internal IT, Equal Opportunity, and HR. We will adapt our structure to the new organizational regulations by summer 2022.
